  Bachelors/ Master (preferred) ( BS Computer or Network Engineering/CISCO Certified)
Experience:
 3-years ( Hand on experience with Pf Sense FeeBDS technoloigies)
 Skills Required:

·             Must have very strong verbal and written English communications Skills          (American  accent Preferred) and good interpersonal skills.
·         Knowledge of pfSense,Free BSD NAT, DHCP, DNS, HTTP, HTTPS, SSH, VPN, SMTP, WiFi,LAN,WAN and xDSL technologies.
·         Detailed knowledge of network protocols, Cisco CLI, VLAN’s, Server client      architecture.
·         Must have experience to configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers and switches
·         Serve on 24x7  technical support team at Complete Network Technology Network Operation Center (NOC).
Summary
·         Work alongside a team of technical support engineers.
·         ·Assist in solving more complex issues in conjunction with Jr. Network Engineers and handle escalations from Jr. Engineers.
·         ·Troubleshoot Internet connectivity, browser configurations, personal firewalls, email issues, VPN Connectivity and TCP/IP issues.
·         ·Work with on-site personal in trouble shooting network equipment and or equipment change out and provisioning.
·         ·Troubleshoot LAN, WLAN, DSL, TCP/IP, DNS and WAN Load Balancing issues.
·         ·Provide input for troubleshooting procedures and diagnostic tools for  routers and switches.
·         ·Responsible for handling customer calls with a positive problem-solving attitude.
·         ·May also perform additional duties such as; preventative maintenance and or other IT services.
